However, in order to respect time and effort we kindly ask the following: •Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. •Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. •No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.
